Easy & Fun Pancakes
Since it is Sunday after all...

To start out our recipe collection, I figured what better way than to kick it off with our name sake! My friends and I landed on this recipe after comparing what multiple different ones seemed to put into their pancakes, what you see below seems to be the agreed upon essentials that make yummy and easy pancakes!
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1-2 tbsps sugar
2 tsps baking powder
1 (or 1/2) tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk (I like almond or lactaid)
2 tbsps vegetable oil
Toppings/fillings of choice (sprinkles, pb chips, choc chips, etc)
Recipe
In one bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Add in the milk, egg + oil until well combined.
Heat griddle (or frying pan) and coat with butter, oil or cooking spray.
Before pouring batter out for pancakes, mix desired toppings into the bowl. Once combined, scoop out batter onto pan/griddle to make your pancakes! (1/4 cup scoop should work great if you don't have a batter dispenser!)
Bon Appétit!
